* Plan, develop and address the needs and martial arts objectives of all students
* Provide effective exercise routines for students, include designing workout plans, leading private group classes, and running individual training sessions
* Create safe and holistic programs that teach all aspects of a Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing including its philosophies
* Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, decision making, negotiation and management skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their martial arts goals
* Ability to pay attention to detail
* Develop individual training programs
* Assume responsibilty for the health and safety of students
* Ensure safe training habits
* Must possess a proactive and positive attitude
* Expert knowledge and ability in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing
* Execellent physical fitness
* Compete in *at least 150 professional fights* from recognized, official organizations
* Minimum achievement with a *national Champion title* in any recognized, official organizations
* Good verbal and visual communication skills
