Accounting Manager

Topaz E&i Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities


  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
  • Assist in cash flow management
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Review AP, AL entries
  • Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
  • Prepare timely monthly management reports
  • Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
  • Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts
  • Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts
  • Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
  • Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance
  • Prepare Financial statements
  • Assist in General Office Administration and Provide support to HR and Admin Department
  • Payroll administration (include monthly submission of CPF, SDL, funds) , tax clearance IR21 , IR8A
  • Administer staff benefits and welfare
  • Hiring and Recruitment (when necessary)
  • Familiar with WPOL, EPOL submission


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related field with relevant work experience
  • 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field
  • Meticulous and Good Positive Attitude
  • Analytical skill
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Team-player
  • Good communications skills
