Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
- Assist in cash flow management
- Handle full set of accounts
- Review AP, AL entries
- Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
- Prepare timely monthly management reports
- Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
- Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts
- Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts
- Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
- Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance
- Prepare Financial statements
- Assist in General Office Administration and Provide support to HR and Admin Department
- Payroll administration (include monthly submission of CPF, SDL, funds) , tax clearance IR21 , IR8A
- Administer staff benefits and welfare
- Hiring and Recruitment (when necessary)
- Familiar with WPOL, EPOL submission
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related field with relevant work experience
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field
- Meticulous and Good Positive Attitude
- Analytical skill
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Team-player
- Good communications skills
