Job Description
- Identify business and sales opportunities in the market through cold calls, sales referrals, networking and prospecting.
- Develop and establish relationships with Architects/Developers/Owners/Consultants/Interior Designers/Builders and Main Contractors for new business and sales opportunities.
- Pitch and present the Company’s products and services to Architects/Developers/Owners/Consultants/Interior Designers/Builders and Main Contractors
- Provide competitive sales quotations and/or complete solutions to clients/customers.
- Attending to pre and post sales enquiries.
- Handle and comply with project tender processes and procedures.
- Identify and suggest to Management new products and product improvements to remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Liaise with suppliers (local/overseas) where necessary.
- Ensure and oversee completion and fulfillment of sales orders which include but not limited to product sourcing, overseeing installation, attending to post/pre-sales enquiries, etc.
- Liaise with Finance and Accounts department for progress claims, sales deposits and collections of any sales-related monies.
- Collect customers/clients’ feedback and provide suggestions to Management for improvements.
- Provide and present sales pipelines and reports to Management on a regular basis.
- Communicate and work closely with the Management on all sales related matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma or a related discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of sales of natural stones and/or tiles and sanitary wares will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Successful sales track record.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Eloquent and outgoing.
- Possess skills in presentation, client relationships, negotiation and prospecting, sales planning, project sales tender.
