Job Description:
Customer Order Fulfillment
a. Guiding and managing customer sales order, sales with CFRs and monitoring shipping documentation by using SAP and MS Office programs.
b. Provides order fulfillment support including receiving and processing purchase orders and issuing appropriate sales documents.
c. Initiate customer complaint process and monitor with the sales team.
d. Monitors and maintains sales data, and ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner.
e. Guiding CFRs to arrange shipping including load scheduling, preparing documents through carriers or logistics forwarder
f. Supervising and guiding CFRs to communicate with customers in resolving shipment issues
g. Coordinates export order movements with international colleagues and logistics service providers.
Importing and delivering raw material
a. Fulfilling logistics arrangement for raw material incoming to Singapore plant including acquisition of necessary license and permit
b. Managing logistics service for material incoming and scheduling on time
c. Guiding WH supervisor for raw material management
Inventory Management
a. Managing inventory management process by using SAP MM (Material management), SD(Sales distribution) Modules.
b. Optimizing inventory plan for each shipping point guiding CFR team to execute it.
c. Coordinate inventory management and planning with manufacturing sites and warehouses.
d. Communicates with logistics service provider, WH supervisor and manufacturing site for inventory management and export/import movements.
e. Forecasting & inventory management protocol is required to optimize the operation of supply chain management.
Managing freight cost for sales
a. To contribute the profitability by selecting and negotiating with freight forwarder or carrier with lower rate
b. Managing and forecasting the freight cost and report it to the division leader
Others
a. Supporting with smooth supply and minimizing interruption
b. Preparing monthly supply plan and Revising forecasting
c. Finding reliable logistics providers and minimize delay of shipment
d. Meeting all regulation and having required certificates
Requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in an inventory management and/or customer order fulfillment environment, ideally in the chemical/industrial sector
· Basic knowledge of international export/import trade Process
· Basic knowledge and experience about the rubber and/or the polymer latex industry
· Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems required.
· Ability to interact with R&D, Sales and manufacturing to facilitate developments, customer satisfaction etc.
· Having a work experience with a multi-international team
· Proven ability to influence internal and external decision makers.
· Results oriented
· Strong communication and sales skill, including English language fluency
· Strong team player with capability to lead and/or coach team members.
