Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and effectiveness of standards;
- Ensure verification of raw material and packaging material specification;
- Carry out analysis of products, testings and r&d;
- Maintains HACCP/ISO/FSC22000 system, document and process control;
- Liaising and facilitating auditing (Internal/External);
- Contribute to continuous improvement;
- Ensure quality by analyse yield report, develop quality assurance framework and manage non-compliance quality cases; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Food Science/food related/food process;
- Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, FSC2200 and Food Safety auditing is preferred;
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal;
- Good analytical skill and detail-oriented;
- Meticulous, organised and self-starter;
- Person of high integrity and good interpersonal skill;
- Able to work independently and as well as a team; and
- Bilingual. (To liaise clients with in other languages)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.00AM - 6.00PM.
Working Location: West, near SPH.
Transportation into company at: Lakeside MRT from Mon to Sat.
Lunch provided.
