Job Experience:
- Collate and verify Staff Attendance Report monthly
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and resigned staff
- Handle employee records and activate/deactivate staff access cards
- Record minutes for Admin and Operations Monthly meetings
- Handle facilities booking and permits
- Assist in sustainability projects Coordinate various certification documentation for internal and external audits
- Collate new and renewal for missing documents
- Preparing of staff rosters and Plan cover for staff absence and those on leave
- Collate and submit staff claims for transport, overtime, and wellness benefits
- Provide support for Feedback system
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admin managerial
