Job Description

This role is part of the Process & Business Technology team to improve operational management systems. The incumbent is responsible for the streamlining of existing processes as well as the formulation and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit.

He/she is expected to:

  • Provide end to end support on in-store related applications/ systems.
  • Provide support on project implementations such as perform end-to-end UAT with proper documentation, as well as provide user guides and trainings.
  • Work with various stakeholders on project implementations, such as follow through with timelines and system setups and configurations.
  • Participate in business process reengineering by reviewing existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage devices and assets by ensuring proper documentation and tracking of device movement and participate in device replacement exercises.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Info Systems
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Keen interest to acquire new skills and be comfortable with new technology and backend systems
  • Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Keen eye for details
