- Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations such as re-sequencing of work etc
- Lead the construction team for all site activities
- Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors
- Coordinate with Site Safety Team to ensure safe working conditions
- Review and comment subcontractor’s construction plans and programs
- Present to Client and Consultants for weekly report, site progress and planning
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants to resolve site issues
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering
- At least 15 years of relevant site experience for building projects with structural steel and precast
- Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
- Experience in construction of:
- 50m lap pool of more than 1.2m depth
- local experience with deep excavation (6m or more)
- long span structural steel (30m or more)
- Pedestrian Overhead Bridge
- Experience with projects along water courses, including waterways or water bodies
- Experience in construction of Sport and Recreation Facilities and/or institution projects
