Supply Chain And Order Fulfilment Officer

Order Processing and Fulfilment

o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the efficient fulfilment of all sales orders.

o Manage day-to-day transactional activities related to order processing.

o Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to address and resolve issues related to order fulfilment.

o Collaborate with the Customer Service team to tackle complex matters in the order processing workflow.

o Monitor and maintain the health of inventory in our e-commerce channel.

o Oversee the processing of cancelled and exchanged orders.

o Handle exceptions that arise during the order fulfilment process. o Manage customers' return and reverse logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for returning products.


Last Mile Delivery Management

o Coordinate last mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers and internal stakeholders. o Monitor the status of deliveries and address any issues or delays proactively.

o Implement tracking and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into last mile delivery performance.

o Continuously improve last mile delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.


Supply Chain Operations

o Manage incoming deliveries to the warehouse and ensure timely receiving and accurate system updates.

o Handle exception situations or cases pertaining to the inbound process.

o Oversee outgoing shipments from the warehouse and ensure timely outbound order processing and system updating.

o Handle exception situations or cases related to the outbound process.

o Identify process bottlenecks within the supply chain and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

o Ensure timely and accurate electronic updates of inventory records.

o Collaborate with service providers to maintain expected service levels in freight management, transport management, and warehouse management.

o Build and maintain positive relationships with service providers.


* General Responsibilities:

o Proactively identify areas for process improvement in both order processing, last mile delivery, and supply chain operations.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and supply chain management.

o Prepare regular reports on order processing, last mile delivery, and supply chain performance metrics. o Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

Education:

o Recent graduate from ITE/Polytechnic with a focus on Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.


Experience:

o Highly preferred: Working experience in a supply chain function (e.g., purchasing, procurement, planning) and/or 3rd party logistics - contract logistics function.

o Bonus: Related experience in Ecommerce for fast-moving consumer goods and strong experience in warehousing operations, inventory management, and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.


Adaptability:

o Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in response to constraints, with the ability to respond constructively to new demands and challenges.


Communication:

o Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external, across the organization.


Detail-Oriented:

o Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory management, return/reverse logistics, and last-mile delivery.


Analytical Mindset:

o Analytical mindset with the capability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions is a plus.


Work Environment:

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.


Work Schedule:

o Ability to work on a rotating shift for 5 days per week and overtime (on off days & rest days if required).
