Our client is a unique aviation product and service provider providing unique, innovative and effective solutions to air navigation service providers and the wider aviation industry. The portfolio comprises software related products; aeronautical information management; procedure design; simulation services; infrastructure projects; air traffic and data series and training.
The role is responsible for:
· Business development and developing sales and marketing opportunities.
· Building multi-level relationships and account management within customer organisations.
· Strategic selling initiatives, communicating value propositions and management of the sales pipeline.
· Validation of opportunities, submitting tenders / proposals and negotiating contracts with customers.
· Gathering customer feedback and participating in AIL marketing initiatives.
Undertake any other duties that are within your ability to perform
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, commerce or similar degree
- More than 10 years’ experience promoting products and services internationally, ideally including software, and training services/products.
- Experience in developing proposals and bids for the international market
- Familiarity with business systems and aviation & the aerospace sector broadly is highly desirable
- Moderate capability using MS Office products
