Brief Summary:

  • Basic $3800 - $4200 (Depends on experience)
  • Mon - Fri; 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Working location: Lower Delta Road
  • Permanent role

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a small customer services team.
  2. Handle customer issues and complaints.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors, including key carriers, to enhance services.
  4. Drive top-line growth through retention, penetration efforts, and business development.
  5. Regularly review and optimize business processes and customers' SOP.
  6. Review service experience, discuss improvements, and build relationships for business growth.
  7. Audit responsibilities for filing and updating customers' and suppliers' records in iFMS.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. general degree or professional diploma in business / sales & marketing / logistics.
  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience leading a team in the logistics industry.
  • Proficient in Portnet is an advantage.
  • Pass Singapore Customs Declaration Test is an advantage.
