A WINE ADVENTURE, WITH GOOD FUNK
Le Bon Funk is a series of neighbourhood wine bars by Chef-Owner Keirin Buck, joined by Beverage Director, Jos Kjer who spearheads the bar’s wine programme.
The name, Le Bon Funk, is an allusion to the “good funk” from living wines—an invitation not to take oneself too seriously. With a tight curation of exciting and accessible wines, complemented by produce-led plates, it’s never fussy, and always tasty here; all in a lively and approachable atmosphere.
The team is looking to expand the Front of House team at Club Street & Holland Village.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
- Setting up tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkin
- Maintain restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times
- The ability to explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
- Proactive and able to anticipate guests' needs
- Refresh the table with finesse once guests have finished their main course
- Other additional task includes setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher, and other cleaning duties
