TRIAD is an independent, end-to-end marketing studio. We make Effective Creatives, driving growth and progress for brands.
We are a medley of conceptualisers, designers, wordsmiths, data crunchers, ad planners and buyers, and opportunity hunters, all craftsmen in our own right. When it comes down to it, we all get down to the making, together.
We are hardworking, curious, and really really like what we do. We’re also T-shaped, which means our curiosity takes us beyond our specialties and we add on to our knowledge, so we can have better conversations with our clients, our co-workers.
How we work
We operate in small, independent units with minimal hierarchy. We don’t stand for paper pushers nor armchair critiques nor politic mongers, only dialogues and healthy debates about what works.

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager
Your responsibilities:
· Own and manage multiple key clients, building relationships and helping to grow the accounts
· Identify and drive new business opportunities, through existing and new business relationships.
· Hold and be accountable for targets and the health of the accounts you manage
· Staying up to-date-on daily project activities and effectively managing project workflow. Steer the team to deliver work on time, in scope, and on budget.
· See through a project from start to end. In other words, able to cross from strategy to execution.
Your experience:
· At least 8 years of client management or relevant experience
· Experience working in an advertising / digital / creative agency. Experience working and managing social media accounts will be a bonus.
· Experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns
· Experience making and taking briefs
· Able to work independently with internal teams
