- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the company’s operational processes through development and automation.
- Build and lead a strong Engineering team to provide technical support, meet production demands, and comply with regulations.
- Guide Engineering groups to excel in technical support, equipment management, process design, R&D, and facilities safety.
- Maintain process control, manage capital expenditures, and oversee projects to optimize process efficiency and return on investment.
- Direct the technical team to implement improvements to meet project timelines and goals.
- Analyze operations to find process enhancements that will boost productivity and quality.
- Lead Technical, Equipment, and Process Engineers, and Work Safety teams for optimal process development and support.
- Oversee workplace safety and health, ensuring safe operation of all production processes and equipment.
- Devise strategies for a robust Technical Service division with a top-tier preventive maintenance plan.
- Oversee the development, design, budgeting, testing, and upgrade of in-house and automated machines and software to fulfill production and development needs.

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in applying advanced aspects of technical/engineering expertise to practical business problems.
- Skilled in designing automated machinery, programming PLCs, and machining (CNC, milling, lathe, and grinding).
- Understand chemical process control and risk assessment in chemical or medical device production.
- Know legal safety standards for installing large-scale equipment and permits in the medical device field.
- Proficient in design, engineering, and project management.
- Expert in PLC and HMI programming for various platforms like Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron, etc.
- Proficient in SolidWorks design software.
