A global fund house is looking to hire a Finance Manager to oversee the finance team in the full spectrum of financial management.
The Role
The successful incumbent will be tasked with managing Finance Manual/Cash Policy/Manual. Reporting to the CEO/ED, you will be responsible in handling the retail fund manager accounting operations, including MAS quarterly/annual statutory reporting, budgeting, cash management, internal and tax audit and etc. You will also ensure compliance to statutory and company policies. Besides being the secretary of the audit committee as well as member of the Management Committee, you will be managing corporate secretariat functions, preparing board resolutions. You will also attend board meeting sometimes and handle AGM and ACRA reporting. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of ACRA records, housekeeping of Contracts/Agreements etc. This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.
Your profile
You should have a degree in Accountancy or equivalent, or any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant capacity. You should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive.
