Job Responsibilities
- Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.
- Perform Service Recovery for Taxi and Bus Operations
- Attend to level 1 customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters from the respective stakeholders
- Liaise with authorities, building owners and hotels on mass taxi bookings and bus operations.
- Working in a call centre environment.
Job Requirement
Education/Qualifications
- GCE "O' Level / Diploma in any discipline
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Non-Technical Skills/Attributes
- Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills.
- Experience in operational environment.
- Can work independently and as a team player.
- Intensive customer service skills.
