Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Project Manager to provide comprehensive support in project coordination and management. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assist or be responsible in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, scope, and timeline.
· Work closely with Senior Project Manager, developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met, and deliverables are completed on time and within quality standards.
· Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
· Communicate project status, issues, and risks to internal and external parties.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
· Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
· Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for project updates.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management in IT infrastructure/Cybersecurity/IT solutions projects.
· Excellent project management skills methodologies, tools, and Industry best practices.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and quality.
