Job Responsibilities:
- Assist managers in daily operations of Office Towers.
- Liaise with office tenant and to handle fit out and hand over of units.
- Investigate and follow up on defect rectification.
- Manage fitting-out for compliance with rules and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely projects.
- Ensure contract and license renewals.
- Issue POs and verify contractor work.
- Manage online systems: occupant portal, access control, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 year(s) related experience at Office Tower or Industry Office.
- Min. Diploma in Facilities Management and related fields
