What is your mission?

What gets measured, gets managed.” The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements, collating and preparing data, performing analyses, extracting insights, and making recommendations to assist the company in developing meaningful business solutions and operational improvements. The position is also expected to monitor progress to agreed measurables and within set organizational procedures.


The ideal candidate can work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and translate data into digestible and actionable insights that improve our businesses.


You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Work on the analytics projects across operation performance, HR and finance etc at group level
  • Work with operations & stakeholders across different regions, countries, and cultures to streamline data collection, transformation for reporting and analysis enabling better and faster decision making for C-Suite
  • Conduct statistical analysis for better insights extraction.
  • Provide data analytics support for operation whenever needed.
  • Work with IT and data engineering team to set up proper backend for data storage and ETL.
  • Proactively come up with new initiatives to improve the process & efficiency and optimize the existing practice.
  • Educate internal/external users appropriate use of analytics and business intelligence
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Major in mathematics, statistics, business, marketing, analytics related are preferred.
  • Strong interest in working with data/database/big data for business problem-solving.
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI; knowledge/experience in SQL/Python/R is a plus.
  • Able to navigate through large, messy and complex data to extract business insight to help solve business problems.
  • Passionate about identifying user pain points, process bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and designing data solution for resolution.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, strategic thinking, and presentation & communication skills in front of leadership and stakeholders, outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently, excellent stakeholder management ability, able to thrive in an agile, dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, and to influence others without having direct authority.
  • Eager to learn, an initiative `taker, problem-solver and team player.
