Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure and operation products/tools to optimize product delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with teams to select and implement technology solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Drive automation and orchestration across infrastructure and application lifecycle for DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Ensure operational requirements for availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency are met.
- Maintain and optimize Service Management framework, ensuring compliance across the technology landscape.
- Manage resource allocation to support technology operations effectively.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to diverse technical teams.
- Develop and maintain Technology Governance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Scale global IT infrastructure and services to support 24/5 business operations.
- Establish and manage global support and technology operations centers.
- Oversee Azure DevOps implementation for CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Manage Container Technology, Azure Data Platform, and related technologies.
- Maintain MS SQL databases, virtualization technologies, and trading platforms.
- Administer Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 processes and certification requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, including expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of Container Technology, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including deployment, management, and optimization of containerized applications.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Platform, including Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions on Azure.
- Product knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms, including configuration, customization, and support.
- Familiarity with Akamai content delivery network (CDN) and related technologies for optimizing web performance and security.
- Experience with Tenable.io or Tenable.sc for vulnerability management and compliance.
- Understanding of ISO 27001 processes and certification requirements, with experience in implementing and maintaining information security management systems (ISMS).
