Job description:
1) Managing and organizing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth operations .
2) Planning of promotions and discount.
3)Costing and budgeting for restaurant profitability.
4)Weekly staff training on service and product knowledge
5)Handle cusomters reuquest and complains
6) Must have wine knowledge in french wine
Requirement :
1)Degree in management or equivalent
2)At least 4 years of restaurant management experience
