Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Assoc Prof Lu Jiong on magnetism in carbon nanostructures under a project on Intelligent topological engineering of single-molecule quantum π-magnets.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
1) the synthesis and characterization of carbon nanostructures
2) Theoretical understanding the magnetic and electronic properties of these molecules
Qualifications
- Qualifications / Discipline: PhD in Chemistry or Physics or Materials Science
- Skills: Material Synthesis/Characterization or Computations or Scanning Probe Microscopy
