Job duties:
- You will assist in supporting the day-to-day HR & Payroll operations
Analysis:
- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day HR operational processes including but not limited to Contract Issuance/Renewal, Employee Confirmation, Termination and Exit Management, Payroll Management, Leave Management (Workday), Insurance Claims Management, Employment Pass Applications/Renewals, Employee Records Management, Employee On-Boarding Management, Performance Management Administration and Learning & Development Administration, Addressing Employee Queries on HR matters & etc.
- Assist in preparation of annual/monthly/ad-hoc HR & Payroll reports (e.g. bi-monthly payroll reports, CPF reports, IR8A reports, IR21 reports, headcount reports, turnover reports, etc)
- Maintain employee p-files and HR filing system.
- Liaise with government agencies on statutory matters including but not limited to Work Passes application/renewal/cancellation, Maternity & Childcare leave, CPF & tax matters, NS Payments, etc.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience handling 300 to 500 headcounts.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office especially Excel. Well verse in Vlookup, IF & SUMIF functions, pivot tables & charts.
- Proficient in using Infotech.
- Familar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation.
- A Good Team Player who is self-motivated and well organized.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and able to produce high-accuracy work.
Working hours – Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)
**Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours during peak periods.**
