Overview of the role
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for driving their business growth by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key public sector clients.
This role demands a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of cloud technologies and data center solutions to both new and existing customers.
Reporting to the Senior Director , your responsibilities will includes
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives and to maintain strategic relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.
- Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest to ensure proper qualification of leads and be able to provide accurate reports on opportunities.
- You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing tailored cloud solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of their services.
- Develop and execute a strategic Go-To-Market plan tailored to the unique needs of the Public Sector.
- Identify and target key decision-makers within government agencies for cloud solutions adoption.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and support functions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Public Sector clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Exceed quarterly sales objectives through effective management of individual sales activities.
- Maintain precise tracking of sales performance and generate timely reports for presentation to management.
Skills and experience required
- Proven track record of successful sales in the Public Sector, preferably within the technology or cloud solutions domain.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, services, and trends.
- Ability to articulate the benefits of cloud solutions to address Public Sector challenges.
