Job Role Description:
The Learning and Development Executive assists in identifying, analysing and scoping the enterprise capability development needs, preparing consulting quotations, proposals and government grants applications, managing training and consulting project implementation, and improve internal and external stakeholders’ engagement and relationships. He/She manages resources and logistics for training and consulting projects. He/she supports the consultant team in training and project scheduling, training activities and deliverables, and writing of end-of-training reports. He/she also responds to clients’ queries that are related to the training and consulting project. He/she is responsible for maintaining proper training and project documentation and records, invoicing, tracking and receiving of payments by enterprises, learners and to consultants.
The Learning and Development Executive enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment and interacts proactively with various stakeholders. He/she is a lifelong learner, eager to acquire new knowledge and skills, explore and analyse problems, and is able to communicate information in a clear and concise manner to meet others' needs at the workplace.
Possible activities of this job role may include but not limited to the following:
· Engage in discussions with enterprises analyse workforce capability needs
· Co-ordinate training projects and learning programmes
· Support consulting projects and learning programmes delivery
· Support and prepare client’s employee communication
· Advise on learning and development practices implementation
· Improve stakeholder engagement and management
· Coordinate and support preparation of workshop training materials and logistics (WSQ and non-WSQ)
· Training and project documentation and records, invoicing, tracking and receiving of payments
