As a Duty Manager, you will assist the Department Head in the daily operations of Front Office, deliver service excellence to customers and maximize room revenue, in line with the hotel’s operating standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations at Front Office and resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver courteous service and assistance to hotel guests
- Manage booking channels and maximize room revenue
- Lead and guide junior team members
- Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarm, power failure, computer and medical attention and coordinate with respective departments.
Requirements:
- Good leadership and decision making skills

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
- Shift work (1 to 2 night shifts monthly)
