- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- More than 7 years of experience in Project Management of large scale projects with good technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/AX, .Net, Java, J2EE, Application Servers, Databases, etc. are preferred.
- Customer-oriented and a team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members towards common objectives
- A self-starter and ability to work under pressure and tight schedule with a positive and proactive attitude to anticipate challenges and resolves issues
- Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management reporting tools
- Certifications in Project Management such as PMP and CITPM is preferred
- Certification in Agile such as Scrum master or PMI Agile is preferred
- Effective communications and presentation skills, both written and oral
