JOB DESCRIPTION
Kitchen Crew Key performance areas include all kitchen operations as required for preparing the main meals, ensuring proper cleanliness in your work and premises at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Preparing and cooking accordingly to the training provided. Responsible for taking orders accurately and patiently, ensuring high level of customer service.
2) Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
3) Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, etc.
4) Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and work area is maintained.
5) Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
6) Assist in stock inventory for ingredients.
7) Ensure that the uniform is well kept and personal hygiene is maintained at all times.
8) Diligently carry out all task assigned by the supervisor.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent time management abilities.
· Basic food preparation skills
· Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
· Possessed basic hygiene course certification.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Maintain positive company morale and professional attitude.
· Punctual and responsible.
· Desire to constantly learn and grow professionally.
· Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays, as needed.
· Must maintain personal hygiene at all times.
