Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and monitor GL, AR and AP entries of Singapore or overseas branches
- Ability to handle full set of accounts
- Support month end closing activities
- Resolve any inter-company invoice discrepancies
- Responsible for and ensure compliance with all other statutory requirements
- Assist in audit activities, GST reporting, banking matters, corporate tax and others
- Liaise and guide overseas staff to complete and submit required reports timely.
- Manage and ensure the accurate, complete and timely process of staff claims
- Handle all aspects of office administration and provide operational support
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min 2 years or more hands-on accounting experience
- GCE “O” level / Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Accounting systems
- Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting deadline
- Discipline and positive attitude
- Resourceful & organised
- Willing to learn
- Able to multi-task, self-motivated and systematic
