Job Description:
- Daily accounting operations, finance matters, administrative tasks and HR duties
- Assist the Manager with the full spectrum of financial, accounting and HR functions
- Assist the Manager to ensure compliance of corporate governance and internal controls
- Monitor and review budgets
- Lead and supervise junior staff within the Finance Department
- Assist the Manager with HR duties and payroll matters
- Liaise with government institutions, tax agents, auditors, bankers, insurance agents and secretarial and submit necessary returns, surveys and reports when required
- Prepare reports and budgets for periodic submission to the Management Board
Job Requirements:
- At least an Accountancy Degree or ACCA
- Highly hands-on and experienced in maintaining full set of accounts
- Working knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Sharp, meticulous, honest and a fast learner
- Minimum 5 years of full set experience in a supervisory role
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and suppliers
