Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly commercial targets as per the plan. Managing the efficient and effective use of the allocated budgets for Trade Spends & Marketing investments.
- Drive business with Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) formula obsession.
- Develop and propose strategies for customers/categories/brands, related plans & activities for executing the aligned strategy
- Annual Joint Business Plannings (JBPs), Quarterly/Monthly Reviews with the customers to align goals and actions.
- P&L management of the category for these categories for Singapore ecommerce.
- Data Led Insights to help your decision making to achieve the business plans.
- Manage the negotiation of resources & support needed with external customers & internal teams, influencing key stakeholders to achieve win-win and sustainable business outcomes.
- Smooth Customer Operations (Availability, Fill Rate, Financial ops) & Management
- Demand forecast at customer level of detail by SKU and by customer.
