A glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Management of administration and support of the Authority’s IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
- Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of Authority’s IT applications and services.
- Develop guidelines, process, and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
- Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
- Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum 3 years (or 5 years for Senior Subcontractor) of relevant experience in performing the Role.
- Development experience with RPA Programming, budget management, incident management handling, account access management and KPI reporting.
