Role Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
● The safety of our patients and staff is our first and foremost concern.
● Demonstrates excellent communication skills and customer service when interacting with clients
● Handles paperwork diligently and critically:
● Follow up calls are part of the job and should be completed daily.
● Assist at the front desk when necessary. Full front desk training will be provided, in particular
● Work with the entire team (including management) to improve systems and procedures in order to enhance the patient experience and achieve the clinic's goals.
● Maintains and follows all safety procedures as outlined by the company
● Assists other team members as needed and performs all other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
Diploma / N Level / O Level / Vocational / Technical required.
Preferably 5 years previous experience in the clinical industry.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instruction short correspondence, and memos
- Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.
- Diligent and willing to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Preparation, replenishment, checking, dispensing of medications.
- Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services from various vendors.
- Checking of orders against invoice for all deliveries.
- Other duties assigned by clinic manager from time to time.
