Responsibilities :
- Design and Development of MEP services for building construction projects
- Perform engineering duties such as heat load calculations, planning, engineering design, tender preparation/evaluation
- Layout planning of the ACMV equipment and other fit-out works according to the design requirements given by the customer.
- Attends daily site/technical meetings with the clients and contractors
- Checks through technical and material submissions done by contractors
- Approves detailed commissioning test documents
- Attends all levels of testing & commissioning; Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Integrated System Test (IST)
- Verify and evaluate the quality and performance of the equipment before delivery to the client
- Closing out of the projects, checks and approves Operations Manual and Maintenance (OMM)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer recognized by PEB in Singapore
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in engineering design for MEP trades for building construction. Those less than 5 years will be considered for Mid-level Engineer
- Experienced working in a Consultancy firm will be an advantage
