Job Description:
■ Group Companies' Transactions:
- Receive purchase orders (PO) from group companies, verify prices, and issue POs to factories.
- Coordinate with inter-group company personnel in charge to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment status, follow up on documents, and issue invoices and packing lists.
■ Sales to Third-Party Customers Transactions:
- Review LC terms.
- Prepare necessary documents for LC and track shipment dates.
- Follow up with factories/forwarders when necessary.
- Review documents to avoid discrepancies with LC.
■ Insurance:
- Record all CIF term shipments and arrange insurance.
- Monitor credit limits and address payment issues.
■ Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned including below:
- Monthly Reporting: Assist in monthly reporting by collecting and analyzing data.
- Travel Expenses: Review and process travel expenses and reimbursements.
Job Requirements:
- LC knowledge
- Minimum 1-2 years of export & import experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
