Job Description
- Managing full set of accounts and handling budget planning process.
- Providing financial accounting support and analyses to users department.
- Preparing cash flow management processes.
- Reviewing expenditure payment and closely monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
- Liaise with landlords,partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
- Manage the company accommodation.
- Manage general office administration.
- Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts.
- Preparation of consolidated monthly reports for Headquarter.
- Support global and regional HR projects.
- Plan and manage shared services for new projects.
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, HR budgeting and other HR related matters.
- Responsible for the onboarding till exit of any expat staffs.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred.
- At least 10 years of work experience in construction industry in main contractor company capacity.
- SAP software experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 6.0 days work-week and must be committed to work on weekends and public holidays if needs arise.
