Job Description

  • Managing full set of accounts and handling budget planning process.
  • Providing financial accounting support and analyses to users department.
  • Preparing cash flow management processes.
  • Reviewing expenditure payment and closely monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
  • Liaise with landlords,partners, suppliers, contractors and vendors.
  • Manage the company accommodation.
  • Manage general office administration.
  • Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts.
  • Preparation of consolidated monthly reports for Headquarter.
  • Support global and regional HR projects.
  • Plan and manage shared services for new projects.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, HR budgeting and other HR related matters.
  • Responsible for the onboarding till exit of any expat staffs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in construction industry in main contractor company capacity.
  • SAP software experience will be an added advantage.
  • Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 6.0 days work-week and must be committed to work on weekends and public holidays if needs arise.
