Job Descriptions:
- Assist in AR, AP and Cash management.
- Perform proper data entry and post of account receivable and payable into system
- Maintain neat and organized documents
- Handle day-to-day administrative work
- Generate Statement of Accounts for customers
- Perform general accounting duties
- Preparation of relevant supporting documents and schedule for tax, audit and statutory reporting
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Adhoc accounting/administrative/procurement tasks as assigned by manager to support the corporate function.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented, authorised and recorded.
- Filing and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/Business or related discipline
- 1-3 years related working experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Having experience in using Google Workspace and Xero accounting system
- Meticulous and has good attention to details
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
