Job Description
· Review monthly submissions from Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring accurate group closing within stipulated timelines.
· Prepare group consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.
· Manage and coordinate group statutory audit matters with external auditors.
· Liaise with tax agents for annual return and address tax queries.
· Support corporate administrative matters.
· Engage in ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2 years in consolidation roles.
- Proficiency in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, Taxation (GST, company income tax, Withholding tax), and Transfer Pricing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving change across the organization.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on with a keen eye for accuracy.
- A proactive team player with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
