- Collaborate with Oyika Regional Management Executives tostrategically plan, forecast and report resource requirements
- Assist to devise new procurement workflows and enhance existing standardoperating procedures to streamline requisition process
- Forecast asset/inventory demands across organisational functionsand departments to facilitate budget planning
- Review on non-standard requisition and support in the Request forQuotation (RFQ) process
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensuring that documents such as invoices are in order
- Negotiate with external suppliers tactfully to secure mutuallybeneficial agreements
- Consolidate orders and schedule deliveries from suppliers toensure that goods arrive on destination or projects commencewithout delays
- Initiate purchase orders upon request but closely manage any possibility of maverick spend
- Detect and flag any possible risks in compliance along the supplychain
- Manage and review costing for all procurement activities
- Support in the vendor approval process
