Finance and Administration Director

Nagase Singapore (pte) Ltd.

The incumbent is overall in charge for Finance and Administration operations in Singapore office. He/She is also required to assist the CEO to manage the operations in Asean region.


Your main responsibilities include: -

• Managing finance, HR/Admin and IT strategies

• Consolidating regional financial reporting and risk management

• Assisting Japan HQ to implement internal control systems in the region.


Requirement

· Degree holder

· Candidate must have fluent Japanese language proficiency to communicate with Japan HQ

· Candidate must have at least 10-15 years of relevant working experience

· Candidate with experience working in a diverse culture environment will have a distinct advantage

· Candidate will be required to work independently under minimal supervision and a team player

· Candidate with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and IT skills will have a distinct advantage

· Candidate will be required to travel overseas for work purpose occasionally.
