We are looking for a care programme coordinators to provide support for seniors in community care centres.
Requirements:
- Care for the safety and wellbeing of elderly in the centre
- Support caregivers and volunteers in caring for elderly
- Organise social activities and recreational outings for the senior community
- Prepare and conduct activities for the senior community
- Update individual care plans and records of clients
Requirements:
- 5.5 day work week (44 hours / week)
- Certificate in Community & Social Service / Higher Certificate in healthcare support / nursing care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion in social work
- Friendly, positive attitude with a customer service mindset.
