Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- To understanding relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure ethical and legal recruitment practices.
- To learn how to communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- To learn acquiring skills to analyze the job market, including industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- To learn various methods to source and identify potential candidates, including online platforms, networking events, and social media.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Trainee will be able to understanding and adherence to employment laws, ensuring ethical and legal recruitment practices.
- Trainee will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. This includes providing regular updates on recruitment progress and skillfully managing client expectations.
- Traineee will be able to provide clients with informed insights into the current job market, including salary trends and competitor landscapes.
- Trainee will be able to conduct thorough candidate assessments, considering both technical and soft skills.
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered: 6 months
This position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
