Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold company standards.
• Drive sales and maintain profitability through cost control.
• Manage human resources, safety, and staff development.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Oversee cleanliness and ambiance standards.
• Plan staffing and manage employee schedules.
• Coordinate events and menu planning.
• Monitor inventory, cash transactions, and monthly reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to learn.
• At least 3 years of experience of Assistant Restaurant Manager in F&B.
