A market leader in the shipping industry is seeking a AP Accounts Executive to join their fast-growing organisation.
This is a hands-on role, whereby you will ensure that suppliers' invoices receive approval in accordance to the payment terms. You will be in charge of posting and validating invoices within the accounting system and able to handle high volume on a month-to-month basis. You will be partnering closely with cross-functional teams in the verification of invoices and reconciling vendors' statements of accounts with existing records. Lastly, you will review accounts payable reports and process improvement initiatives from time to time.
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 5 years relevant AP experience in a high-volume environment. You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
