Job Description:
- Coordinate and monitor local delivery job.
- Prepare Delivery Order and invoices.
- Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order, monitoring the flow of goods.
- Collaborate with Logistics department if there is any route changes
- Assist customer with delivery enquires.
- Perform data entry into Navision system and other databases and ensure department compliance with warehouse operation policies and procedures.
- Assist in AR/AP.
- Other admin tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1-year of working experience in a warehouse setting or its similar capacity
- Able to learn or use ERP system such as Navision. Experience with Microsoft Navision System will be advantageous
- Able to work in a fast-speed environment
- Able to work in the cold room -20 °C for stock checking
- Able to work overtime
- Willing to take-up ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
