Deputy Finance & Admin Officer

Alteco Chemical Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Handle and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledgers, stock update
  • Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of GST return
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation
  • Attend to incoming mails and emails
  • General office administration
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Responsible and meticulous with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Able to start immediately or at short notice
