Responsibilities
- Handle and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledgers, stock update
- Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation
- Preparation of GST return
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation
- Attend to incoming mails and emails
- General office administration
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Responsible and meticulous with good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
