Responsibilities :
- Supporting plant commissioning, start-up, shut down, and production activities to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations is a primary responsibility.
- Undertaking production operations, conducting quality checks, and performing minor plant maintenance operations are essential tasks to meet production schedules, product quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Field inspection, sample collection, and data recording activities are conducted to enhance plant reliability, ensure product quality, and optimize production efficiency.
- Active participation in the Emergency Response Team, including emergency training and execution of counter-measures, is a crucial aspect of ensuring a prompt and effective response in case of emergencies.
- Adherence to Health, Safety & Environment policies, active participation in related activities, and compliance with procedures contribute to reinforcing workplace safety, health, and environmental protection.
Requirements:

- Willingness to work on rotating shift basis.
- Able to perform field and panel works with a high awareness of job safety and housekeeping.
- Understanding of the relevant processes, chemistry, and equipment used to carry out production.
- Familiarity with MS Office and SAP Software.
