Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing for our sales team
- Attending to customers on order details & status, follow up on payment arrangements
- Co-ordinate with procurement to fulfil customer’s order and work with warehouse on delivery arrangements
- Making system entry for sales order, sales invoices and delivery orders
- Provide administrative support for general logistic operation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an “O” or “A” level, Nitec / Diploma in Logistics/Business
- 2 years working experience in similar job function and use of ERP software system advantageous
- Proficient in MS office application
- Friendly, service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good organization skill, initiative and ability to work independently
