Contract Manufacturing Manager
About the company:
A prominent worldwide supplier of hardware and software solutions catering to the manufacture of semiconductors and electronics.
Position Summary:
Leads the Contract Manufacturing Department. Take-charge in strategic sourcing and development. Oversees end to end contract manufacturing collaborations (Delivery of strategic commitments - on quality, cost and all factors). Partnerships with stakeholders to escalate risks and run operations smoothly.
- Salary: Up $11,000 + AWS
Key responsibilities: - Managing relationship with suppliers
- Source, identify, evaluate and select the Contract manufacturers based on objectives
- Contract negotiations
Production and capacity planning (Production schedules, S&OP) to meet delivery requirements. - Planning for provisions in CM capacity surge
- Create stringent plan with QA to ensure safety & quality assurance
- Implement KPIs and metric to assess the performances
- Project management, - identify and escalate business critical risks
- Participates in annual business planning process and budgets
Requirements: - Minimum Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MANUFACTURING (ops,planning, technology, quality) AND commercial/business.
- Relevant experience in External/Contract manu, supply chain processes and quality management.
- Relevant experience in capital equipment contract manufacturing, dealing with contract/project mgmt, operation/delivery.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Open to travel overseas as needed
- Handling of end to end process
