Descriptions/Responsibilities:
1) To respond to service calls and service/repair banking equipment (banknotes/coins currency machines) & office equipment (shredders, etc) based on SLAs.
2) To provide scheduled maintenance servicing (monthly/quarterly) of banking & office equipment based on SLAs.
3) To ensure service cards are duly signed and acknowledged by customers upon completion of servicing.
4) To submit documentation eg. Invoices, work orders and daily reports promptly upon completion of work.
5) Compliance with Company Operational & HR practices and regulatory guidelines & requirements.
6) To perform any other work-related activities as given by the Technical Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements:
1) Completed Secondary School or NTC 2/3 Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical or related.
2) Minimum 1-2 year experience an advantage. Without experience may also apply. Training will be provided.
3) Possess Class 3 or Class 2B with own bike is preferred.
4) Proficiency in basic spoken and written English.
5) Able to commence work immediately.
